You must be 13 years old or older. You must own or control the social accounts you post to. You are responsible for following each platform's rules — TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and any other platform you use. GetLife Records is not responsible for takedowns, bans, or actions by those platforms.
By participating in a bounty, GetLife Records grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to create short-form clips (under 60 seconds) from the source content listed in that bounty — and only that content — for posting on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts for the duration of the campaign. This license does not transfer ownership. You may not re-license, sell, or sublicense the source content.
Every submitted clip must include #GetLifeClips in the caption and tag the artist (@garycarriero or @getliferecords) to qualify for verification and crediting. Clips missing attribution will not be verified.
All submitted clips go through a 7-day verification window. Views are checked against platform-reported counts. Submissions with evidence of purchased, botted, or otherwise artificial views are immediately disqualified and the account is removed from the program. GetLife reviews submissions manually and schedules an automatic re-check at day 30 for any verified clip still publicly available — so leaving your clip up pays more over time. GetLife makes the final determination on all credits.
Verified views earn GetLife Credits. You hold these credits with GetLife Records. Credits, clip credits, and affiliate commissions all live under one GetLife account — one email, one record. Current reward tiers and merch redemptions are listed on each bounty page. Credits have no cash value until cash payment rails are enabled — at which point the terms for converting credits to cash will be published and require your agreement. Your verified credit count is recorded and will be redeemable at the rate defined when cash rails go live.
Nothing in this program constitutes an investment, security, or financial instrument. Do not rely on participation in this program as income.
Being "signed" to the GetLife Clips roster means you are an accepted participant in the program. This is not a traditional record deal, management agreement, or exclusive contract. You retain full ownership of your own creative work and social channels. GetLife Records retains the right to remove members who violate these terms.
Applications include a required statement ("Why should the label sign you?") and a required track selection — Clipper, Streamer, or Creator-Artist. These fields are part of the application record and are used by the label to evaluate fit and to personalize your signing confirmation. The track designation reflects the primary lane you applied for on the roster.
GetLife Records may reject clips that, in its sole judgment, harm the brand, are misleading, use hate speech, depict illegal activity, or violate the source license.
GetLife Records retains a platform percentage of funded bounties to cover verification, operations, and platform development. The current rate is listed on each bounty page.
Creators and brands may fund a bounty via Stripe Checkout. Funded amounts are applied as follows: 20% is retained as a platform fee to cover operations and verification. 80% is placed into a reserve earmarked for that campaign's creator payouts. Funded amounts are non-refundable once a campaign goes live on the bounty board. Before a campaign goes live, GetLife Records will review it for compliance with these terms and brand standards. If a campaign is not approved within 14 days, the funder will be contacted to discuss options. Funding a bounty is not an investment, a loan, or a financial instrument. No financial return is implied or guaranteed. You are compensating creators for verified promotional work.
Payout timing: credits earned by clippers never expire. Cash conversions process as campaign funds settle. GetLife Records will not pay out more than the funded reserve amount for any campaign. Clippers may request payouts once they meet the minimum threshold — payouts require label approval and are processed via Stripe to the clipper's connected account.
Any person may back an existing active campaign via the campaign page. Fan backing contributions go 100% to the campaign's payout reserve — no platform fee is retained on fan backing. Backing is an act of patronage, not investment. No financial returns are implied or guaranteed. The only recognition offered is optional inclusion in the campaign's backers list, which may appear on the campaign page. Backing amounts are non-refundable once the campaign has received any clipper payouts. If a campaign is cancelled before any payouts are made, GetLife Records will make reasonable efforts to refund backing contributions where required by applicable law. Never use the word "invest" when describing backing — it is not an investment.
Credits never expire. Cash conversions are processed as campaign funds settle and as payouts are approved. Payouts require label approval at all times — there is no automatic payout path. GetLife Records makes no guarantee of a specific payout timeline. Clippers are encouraged to redeem credits as rates are announced rather than waiting for a guaranteed schedule.
GetLife Records may modify these terms, suspend campaigns, or end the program at any time. Earned and verified credits at the time of suspension remain recorded. We will make reasonable efforts to honor outstanding credits before any program termination.
GetLife Boost is a productized clipping service. You pay for clips and effort. You do not pay for views, reach, or any performance outcome. Specific terms:
Content ownership. You must own or hold appropriate rights to any content you submit. By placing a Boost order, you confirm the source material is yours or that you are properly licensed to use it for clipping and distribution. GetLife Records will not knowingly clip content that infringes on third-party rights. If you cannot confirm ownership, do not place an order.
Delivery window. Clips are delivered as files within 72 hours of receiving your source content and confirming your order. “Receipt of content” means we have access to a workable link or file and the order details are confirmed. Slot availability may extend this timeline if the queue is full — we will notify you within 24 hours of your purchase if your slot is delayed.
Refund policy. If GetLife Records cannot deliver your clips within 7 calendar days of content receipt, you are entitled to a full refund. No other refund scenarios apply — once clips are delivered, the order is fulfilled regardless of how the content performs. You may request a refund for non-delivery by emailing garycarriero@getliferecords.com.
No view or performance guarantees. GetLife Records makes no promises regarding views, reach, engagement, follower growth, or any algorithmic outcome. We promise clips and effort — never outcomes. This is the Real First Law: what we ship is what you paid for.
Network posting (AMPLIFY and TAKEOVER). Network posting across GetLife channels is subject to posting caps, channel guidelines, and editorial judgment. We will not post content that conflicts with GetLife brand standards. If your content is not suitable for posting on our channels, we will notify you and deliver the clips only (no partial refund for the network posting component).
Bounty escrow (AMPLIFY and TAKEOVER). The bounty escrow amount included in AMPLIFY ($50) and TAKEOVER ($150) is earmarked in the GetLife Clips reserve ledger to a campaign created for your content. This escrow is subject to the same reserve and payout terms as all other funded bounties. It is not a separate cash payment to you — it funds a clipper bounty campaign that drives your content.
Clips license. Clips produced by GetLife Boost are yours to use, post, and distribute. GetLife Records retains no ownership of your source content or the resulting clips. We may use anonymized process details (not your content) for internal improvement.
