These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GetLifeTV application and related services ("GetLifeTV", the "App"). GetLifeTV is operated by GetLife Records ("GetLife Records", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

GetLifeTV provides music, culture, sports, and entertainment content, including short-form video clips and related media, and may connect to third-party platforms (such as TikTok) with your authorization to publish or manage content on your behalf.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the App. If you use the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.
Where the App connects to a third-party platform account (for example, a TikTok account), you authorize us to access and use that connection only as needed to provide the service you requested. Your use of any third-party platform remains subject to that platform's own terms and policies. You may revoke access at any time through the third-party platform's settings or by contacting us.
You agree not to use the App to: violate any law or third-party right; upload or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, or misleading; interfere with or disrupt the App; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems; or use the App to send spam or unauthorized communications.
All content, trademarks, and materials provided by GetLifeTV and GetLife Records remain our property or the property of our licensors. You retain ownership of content you create or upload. By submitting content through the App, you grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit that content solely to operate the App and provide the services you request.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetLife Records and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the App.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. You may stop using the App at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at this page, and the effective date above will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which GetLife Records operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
