Unselected pre-intake requests are retained for 90 days, then become eligible for governed operator deletion. Deletion requires a current eligibility plan and explicit operator approval reference; it is not automatic or scheduled. Verified-for-review and selected records, pending rights requests, and explicit legal, security, or selected holds are excluded and governed separately. A correction, deletion, or revocation request may be made at https://clips.getliferecords.com/newsroom/rights and does not automatically delete evidence or override a lawful hold.
